To unlock deposits and withdrawals, you will need to complete KYC by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID.

12ph requires a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID for KYC. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, and PRC ID. The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph. KYC is a one-time requirement and must be completed before your deposit and withdrawal features are activated. OTP (one-time password) login adds an extra layer of security to your 12ph account. When you sign in, a six-digit code is sent by SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must enter this code to complete the login. Even if someone else knows your password, they cannot access your account without the OTP from your phone. OTPs expire quickly and can only be used once. Never share your OTP with anyone – 12ph support staff will never ask you for it.

If you see a login or account activity you do not recognise, change your password immediately and contact 12ph support through the help function on the homepage.
