12ph Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the player") and 12ph ("the platform") in relation to your use of the 12ph website and any associated mobile application or service. By accessing and using the platform – whether to browse, register, deposit, play games, or place bets – you agree to be bound by these Terms.

12ph operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players based in the Philippines. All services are intended for personal, recreational use only. The platform is not intended for commercial use, nor for persons operating on behalf of a third party.

Each player may hold only one account on 12ph. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. The name, date of birth, contact number, and other details you provide must match your valid Philippine government-issued identification.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before deposit and withdrawal functions are activated. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID. This process protects your account from unauthorised third-party access and ensures that your PHP balance can only be withdrawn to payment methods in your verified name.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential;
• Ensuring that no other person uses your account;
• Notifying 12ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Updating your account information if any registered details change.

12ph will never contact you by email, chat, or any other channel to ask for your full password. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported through the support function on the platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on 12ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Only Philippine payment channels are accepted – including local bank transfers, mobile banking applications, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for any gaming transactions on 12ph.

Deposits are credited to your gaming balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 12ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, bank processing times, or connectivity issues on the player's end.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method and account name matching your verified KYC information. 12ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above standard thresholds. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Funds in your 12ph account are player funds held for gaming purposes. 12ph does not pay interest on account balances.

The 12ph platform offers a range of gaming and betting activities including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish shooting games, eBingo, and other categories. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. For live casino games, outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer under monitored conditions.

Bets placed and confirmed are binding. Once a bet is accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled by the player. Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed – the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.

12ph reserves the right to void bets where:

• A technical error has affected the game or odds display;
• An event has been cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered;
• A bet has been placed in breach of these Terms;
• There is reasonable evidence of manipulation or coordinated abuse.

Winnings from all games are credited to your PHP balance upon settlement. No gaming activity on 12ph guarantees a financial return. All forms of online gaming involve risk, and players may lose all funds wagered.

12ph may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed alongside each offer on the Promotions page. These specific terms take precedence over general promotional language.

General rules that apply to all promotions include:

• Promotions are available to verified account holders who are eligible under their specific terms;
• Bonus funds and promotional rewards are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the individual offer terms;
• 12ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time;
• Players who abuse promotional systems – including through multi-accounting or coordinated exploitation – will have their promotional eligibility suspended and associated winnings voided.

12ph does not guarantee specific bonus amounts, percentages, or cashback rates outside of what is explicitly stated in a currently active promotional offer. Promotional content on third-party sites or social media does not bind 12ph unless it is confirmed by an active offer on the official 12ph platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 12ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any technical aid to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, system glitches, or display errors to generate winnings;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Allowing another person to access or operate your account.

Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided. 12ph reserves the right to investigate any account activity that raises concerns under this section and to take appropriate action without prior notice.

12ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Every registered account has access to deposit limit settings, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account settings and can be applied at any time.

If you believe that your gaming activity has become problematic or is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion function immediately and seek assistance from available support resources. 12ph staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players displaying patterns of concern. 12ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Player self-exclusion request.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time through the support function on the platform. Upon closure, any verified PHP balance remaining after the resolution of active bets will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

12ph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical issues. Planned maintenance, third-party disruptions, and unforeseen outages may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 12ph's liability to any player is limited to the verified PHP balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event. 12ph is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including loss of anticipated winnings from games not completed due to technical issues.

Players accept that online gaming involves inherent variance, and that the outcome of any game or bet is uncertain. No representation made anywhere on the 12ph platform constitutes a guarantee of winnings.

12ph may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through a notice on the platform or by the contact information registered to their account.
